Sabai Freedom Technical Support Plans

Sabai Freedom is a Technical Support Package which includes: 

Technical Support via email or scheduled remote session for the following:

VPN connection issues
Basic WiFi setup
Connecting devices to your Sabai router
Configuring external devices purchased from Sabai Technology
VPN account file setup for supported VPN providers
Sabai OS VPN router software updates

Additional services may be available for an additional fee. This service does not include software updates for the VPN Accelerator or Home Server.

Remote sessions are available by appointment only. Limited time slots are available. Turnaround times are not guaranteed.

What is a remote session?

A remote session allows our technical staff to securely access your desktop from our office in South Carolina. Instead of walking through complex steps over the phone, our technician can directly review settings, make necessary adjustments, and resolve issues efficiently.

Sabai Freedom Multi-Device Policy

A single Sabai Freedom subscription covers up to two devices purchased from Sabai Technology.

For upgrades, please include your current router model and firmware version.

Refund Policy
